Device Shows Error


E01: RTC Clock error

Handling method: It will cause the activation code to become invalid, and it needs to be handled by an after-sales engineer.


E02: Inverter 1 overlo-ad

Treatment method: It will cause the inverter port to fail to output normally. Usually, the inverter port is connected to a large load. Press "4" to check the error and it can be eliminated by itself. If an error is displayed when no inverter is connected, it needs to be dealt with by an after-sales engineer


E03: Inverter 1 overlo-ad >10 time, Please ch-eck the equipments

E07: T <=0 degrees

Handling method: It will not affect the normal operation of the equipment. Confirm whether the equipment is in a low temperature environment. If the equipment is not in a low temperature environment, it needs to be handled by an after-sales engineer.


E08: T >=60 degrees

Treatment method: It will not affect the normal operation of the device. Check whether the device is hot or in a high temperature environment. If the device does not have obvious heat, it needs an after-sales engineer to deal with it.


E09: Battery error

Processing method: will cause the device to become inoperable

If the battery temperature is displayed wrong, an aftermarket engineer is required to deal with it.

If it prompts battery error, please send the error code to the engineer


E10: Fan error

Handling method: It will not affect the normal operation of the equipment, and it needs to be completely solved and needs to be handled by after-sales engineers


E11: overcurrent protection,press * to exit after disconnect the looad

Processing method: If the interface of the device is overloaded, check whether there is a large device connected to the output port of the device. Press "4" to check the device information and it will recover automatically. Remind the customer not to try multiple times, which will cause the device to be damaged. If there is an error message when no load is connected, please contact the after-sales engineer


E12: short circuit protection, press * to exit after disconnect the load
